WordPress Speed: Remove Emoji / Emoticon Scripts
WordPress 4.2 included full support for Emoji’s. If you’re not a fan of Emoji’s in user comments or your content then we can disable Emoji scripts altogether. The code snippet below also prevents the DNS lookup from the TinyMCE editor.
